What is Home Health Care?
Home Health Care is a concept essentially conceived to provide Round the Clock
Medical Service at your doorstep mainly for the elderly, disabled and the
chronically ill patients.
The very purpose of Home Health Care is to provide round the clock medical
service at your doorstep, more so in medical emergencies. This team will have
qualified and experienced doctors and paramedical staffs of our network
hospitals.

Doctors with 25 years of outstanding record of dedicated medical service in the
same locality with fairly a very large clientele base. Their earlier ventures
are extremely popular and extensively patronized by the local community. In fact

It is Better than Visiting a Doctor’s Chamber?
Yes. Old persons need not leave their home for medical consultation.
If the doctor visits a house, the patient gets undivided attention.

How does the Routine Health Check-up help?

What if the member requires hospitalization?
The responsibility of the Deepam Home Health Care ends with the treatment at
home. If and when situation warrants hospitalization, Deepam Home Health Care
will provide the following:
(1) Ambulance Service will be provided.
(2) Admit the member to anyone of our network hospitals in and around Chromepet
with necessary consultant care.
Why should the records be computerised?
All medical records of the member will be electronically stored for prompt and
accurate retrieval, which will come in handy in case of emergency.
What is the need for a periodical medical bulletin?
Any query regarding the medical status of the member can be clarified through
e-mail, an useful and fast way of getting things clarified.
What about nursing care at Home?
The periodical medical bulletin is a very useful tool to get a review of medical
history of the preceding month, which can be stored as medical history. Medical
journals will also be provided.
What about nursing care at Home?
Routine nursing care is provided by Deepam Home Health Care as in the case of
injection and so on, as per the package offered. In case of necessity, if a
member requires prolonged round the clock nursing care in the house, DHC will
undertake to provide the same at a nominal tariff.
What if the member requires medicines?
DHC Undertakes to deliver the required medicines atthe doon of the members round
the clock without any extra cost.
